    Exclamation OMG I cannot get my sites up

    I have been trying and trying but i keep having errors with http restarting it keeps failing I dont know what to do can any help I been trying to build it but i keep getting errors saying failed httpd i think it has a d on it lol any help would really be appreciated i'm using linux

    WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.1-R10
    RedHat Enterprise 3 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

    You need to post any errors that you see in the apache error_log when you start it.

    Question

    I really dont know what to paste on here cause I"m new to this log i never even knew how to find it thank you i will paste i guess from about 2am lastnight til current now

    ok dang i have looked and it goes from OCT to december 15 thats it and I just got it 10 days ago

    I'm going to email spry i guess cause

    they have to fix it with out me paying extra for support cause it just stopped working and theres no logs

    Is there another way to find logs?

    Shannon,

    The logs you need to find should be in one of the following three places, by order of likelihood:

    /usr/local/apache2/logs/error_log
    /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log
    /var/log/httpd/error_log

    Check those out and see what you come up with.

    Good chance the httpd.conf is corrupt or misconfigured, try a file rollback from just before when the problems started, its worth a shot.
