Organization od domains in public_html

Hello,

I bought a shared hosting plan... and the company allow me to have 12 domains in my account.

They said that the domains are stored in folders, like site1.com is in /public_html/site1.com/(files), site2.net is in /public_html/site2.net

But the firts domain I registed is in public_html, and I can't move it to a folder without make a redirect... for exemple:

the firts site is in public_html and i type the domain site1.com and it opens
the second site is in public_html/site2.net and i type "site2.net" and it opens, if i make this to the first domain it will open like "site1.com/(folder)/index.php"

It's possible to put all domain in a folder? without one in root(public_html)?

PS: sorry for my english... i don't understand it very much
