Outlook express and sending mail

I've got an email account for my website (Not the default one thats made) and when i try to configure outlook express for this email address i won't send any mail. Whenever I try to it comes back with the message that it could not connect to the server, even though the account settings matched what cpanel gave me. Anyone tell me how I can get the email address to be able to send?(Sorry if this has already been posted but i could find the question when i used the search option :P)

The answer is here. It's posted many times on this forum. Depending on your ISP you may have to use thier outgoing mail server details.
