Parked domains can only serve the same content as the primary domain on your cPanel account.

What you refer to is an addon domain. Doing that directly is not possible. You would need to point the addon domain to a directory and in that directory have a file that redirects to that specific URL.

You can setup an .htaccess redirect for that domain specifically to go to the url you want.
