I can't find where to enter the code. If I hit the reset url again I'll get another confirmtion code. Where do I put the Confirmation code so I can get my password.

Usually this is an either-or thing. Either you enter the code in your browser, or (xor) click the link since the link often contains the confirmation code in the URL.
