Password Modification Confusion

Hi.

Has anyone ever experienced this?

CPanel password is modified,
then log-out from CPanel
then log-on again and everything's fine.
When you disconnect from the Internet or reboot your computer
and try to log-in to your CPanel again using your new password,
you can't log-in.

I've been through this a lot of times already and I'm wondering
if there are others who experience it too. It's been such a bother
to keep on requesting a password reset from my webhost.

Please have the server admin / owner submit a support ticket if this is occurring with frequency.
