Please help :: Adding user to handle multiple domain

i have created a user VIA WHM with the below config
Subdomains 0 / 12
Parked Domains 0 / 12
Addon Domains 0 / 12
MySQL Databases 0 / 6


but when i try to login with that user name and try to create another domain under addon domain option it gives me the below error. can somebody hep solve this. and let me know why this keeps happening.

creative-vision.com could not be setup. The subdomain test.exf.com was not setup either.

while your dns report shows it pointed to ns2 & ns1 accountsupport.com
