(please help)Can't Delete files

i installed joomla in my domain but after 1 day i decided to delete it so when i deleted all the files all the files has been deleted except four folders

Administrator
Module
Plugin
component

Whenever i delete them in file manger the file go off but when i come back in file manger again i see those folder there i tried to delete them using ftp but i cant it say permission denied.Please help me im trying to solve it for atleast 16 hour but i cant im new so tell me step by step

Only your host has full access to all files and directories on the server. If you see a "permission denied" message, then that means that your user does not own or have permissions to access the files or directories, and only your host will be able to help you.
