I have a couple of pre-sales question and hope for one concentrated reply.

1) Does it matter where my server is located and which data center / server provider I use at all?

2) Which operating systems are supported?

3) "Free setup" - does that mean you install it on my server?

4) How fast is delivery when an order is being placed?
