Problem addin domains

Hello all and sorry for my bad english!

The subject is that i have installed cpanel 11.17 and yesterday i update to 11.25 and i have no domain box in the menu... im connected with root user and i have no option to add a domain...

Previously in 11.17 i have the domain box but it has disappear with the update.

I attach an image of the menu...
¿Can anyone give me a little help please?

Also i dont find the Preferences box... and i cant change the language of cpanel...

Look at the left side of the WHM image you posted:

"Create a New Account"

Also, and from what you said, I get the impression that you may not be
aware the Cpanel has (2) two different interfaces:

WHM (your screenshot) is used to manage the server itself and setup and create Cpanel based hosting accounts.

Cpanel is the other interface and has individual controls for your web site that you setup and related.
