A problem of adding an a entry for our domain

Adding an A entry for soscn-x01.siteoutsource.net
The zone for the root domain siteoutsource.net is missing, or could not be read. The ip address will be read from the webserver configuration and a new zone will be created for this subdomain. Sorry, a DNS entry for soscn-x01.siteoutsource.net already exists, please delete it from your nameserver configuration file (named.conf) and the zone directory first.

The above is the message, but also i failed when i configure it, pls help me with it, tks~!

Which cPanel version you are using? Also let us know whether you are getting the list of all the domains in WHM to edit the DNS or not Login to WHM >> DNS Functions "Edit DNS Zone"
