Problem with folder permission on client accounts HOME

I have a problem, I think it permits to see that you say.

I have a dedicated server I have about 40 customer accounts, now lately when a customer accesses your FTP account can view the files in the folder [HOME] my server, example:
FTP Path
/home/client/public_html

Normally should be that when the client access to your FTP account can view the files:
FTP normal route
/client/public_html

Someone knows how to fix this?

I'm not sure I understand the question, but if you login to your regular user account via an FTP client, on login you would first be in /client/

If that same user, logs in using the SFTP protocol in the FTP client, then the path would display (once logged in) this instead:
/home/client/

Hi thanks for your prompt response and thank you for placing the post.

The problem that happens with all customer accounts, access to regular FTP and you can view files from the server root if you want some pictures I can settle for a normal user you see with your ftp account can see the folders root.
