problem installing cpgs

hi, i have tried installing cpgs in my sv. when i attempt to run install , it stated

install: line 3: print: command not found
install: line 4: print: command not found
install: line 5: print: command not found
install: line 6: syntax error near unexpected token `;'
install: line 6: `$ans=<STDIN>;'


can anyone share their experience in installing cpgs ? thanks
