Problem installing a Perl module: Lchown

I'd recommend removing
/home/.cpan/sources/authors/id/D/DA/DAGOLDEN/ExtUtils-CBuilder-0.27.tar.gz.
Its
checksum is incorrect. Maybe you have configured your 'urllist' with
a bad URL. Please check this array with 'o conf urllist', and
retry.

Its checksum is incorrect. Maybe you have configured your 'urllist' with
a bad URL. Please check this array with 'o conf urllist', and
retry.

Please try the suggestion indicated within the provided log detail.

Via root SSH access:

# rm -fv /home/.cpan/sources/authors/id/D/DA/DAGOLDEN/ExtUtils-CBuilder-0.27.tar.gz

After that is completed, the install of "Lchown" may be reattempted.
