problem with resolvers and sites went down

i got this error a lot in my site

"500 Can't connect to maishare.com (connect: Connection timed out)
"

and when i contacted the script support they said

"your resolver is down & cant resolve to your domain "

and also i had monitoring service from "siteuptime.com" and
"site24x7.com" and they reported me that the sites went down more
than 7 times today

also it happened to me once today that the site was down


but i don't know what's wrong with the server

can anyone help?

Check to make sure apache and dns are up and running.

Can you get to it by the ip address?

You can also check with a place like intodns.com

check the result and tell me how to solve this problem please i know this is not support for dns
