problem with server?

I got up this morning and tried to connect to the server so I could work on my site, but it was down. I've been checking periodically all day and even checked the forums, but I haven't seen anything on the forums. either my account is gone or something is wrong. My site isn't working and I cannot access my cPanel. Any ideas or help?

perhaps you may want to put a ticket to your server provider. they will be in a better situation to check on this further. If you can put the domain name here, we can try checking if it your local issue, or you may even want to try accessing your domain using proxies.

I completely didn't think about that. for some reason i was thinking that cPanel was my server provider, but it's 000webhost.

EDIT: could anyone connect? I'm still having problems and the server host is taking their time with helping me.
