Program Sends Mail in-server but not out

OK... nuther problem.. I run a mail list program "Dadamail" actually it was working and without me doing anything, it's stopped working (probably an issue with one of the automated daily upgrade things)...

Anyway.. it's a double opt in mailing list, if I do a test sign-up from an email account located on the same box, it sends the mail and all is happy.. If do a test sign-up to a remote email address, nothing.. I don't even see anything happen in exim_mainlog...

Question is, where do I look (which log file) to see what's going on here..

I have other mailer forms that do not have any problem sending outside the server envrionment so... at least that function works.. Mystery to me is why it works in box but not remote..

Solved this by switching the program prefs from sending via SMTP (which used to work) to sendmail... Not sure what happened but likely, an autoupdate of the server software porked the SMTP method??

Anyway... if anyone else uses dadamail.. hope this helps..
