Can i download the trial software on to my home computer or do i have to have a seperate computer acting like a server.
cPanel/WHM must be installed to a machine that will only be used a server (not a home PC being used for multiple purposes). In addition, the software can only be installed on a server with a STATIC publicly visible IP address. Having an IP address that "rarely" changes is insufficient, it must be a static IP address.Originally Posted by mrroberts
