Quite a few problems with a new cPanel-install

Okay, just got a new cPanel-server delivered from leaseweb.

It's a Quadcore Xeon with 4GB RAM, CENTOS 5.3 x86_64 standard

I have encountered quite a few problems that i really haven't found any solution to on the forums or google. So here we go.

1. cPanel thinks that mysql isn't working, even though it is running.
2. Disk Format/Mount won't see my disks. (got 2*80GB in RAID-1 as /, and 2*1TB in RAID-1 that i really need to mount before using it.) The 1TB-disk isn't formatted or mounted.
3. When i try to assign a IP to a nameserver it just won't work, it just keeps working and working.

Does anyone have any help for me on any of these problems?

Edit, fixed most of the problems manually.

The rest is not important and will probably be fixed by leaseweb tomorrow.
