Redirects

Hi,

I have been trying to set up a new redirect from the url

http://www.northyorkmoors-stay.co.uk...odation/Whitby

Every time I press submit it adds a / to the end of the url thus changing it to

http://www.northyorkmoors-stay.co.uk...dation/Whitby/

and hence it does not work

Can anybody help

Strange ive just tested in on my cpanel and it didnt do it.

might be something wrong with the cpanel config it self as its randomly adding a trailing slash...

Speak to your web host providers,


p.s I wouldnt mind booking one of those nice appartments in Whitby i was looking @ buying over there

Do they get booked up quick for summer and regatta week?

Many thanks for your reply. We are very puzzled also as we have previously put approx 15 other redirects on without a problem.

We will talk to the hosting company.

If anybody elase can help then please feel free.

In respect of the apartments/whitby - we run an advertising site only and do not own the prpoerties, you need to contact the owners direct.

Whitby is a very nice place and very popular so i gues they will get booked up quickly. Please mention lets Stay North York Moors if youi speak to one of our advertisers
