Default Reseller wants his customers under his dedicated IP

I have a reseller client that wants his sub account to use his dedicated IP address.
He showed me a sceenshot, of his current cpanel host that is doing this.

How is this done. as far as I can see, cpanel only maps the IP to one domain
and non dedicated IP accounts share the server IP

AFAIK, when a reseller creates a resold account, the IP assigned should be the reseller's dedicated IP by default. If that is not the case then this will have to be investigated further. However, another way to get around this is changing the IP manually via WHM >> IP Functions >> Change a site's IP address/Change multiple sites' IP address.

Login to WHM and go into your "Reseller Center" and then select the reseller that you want to do this for and you will see TWO (2) options at the bottom right hand quadrant of the screen:

    Manage reseller's main/shared IP

    Manage reseller's IP delegation

All the configuration for the resellers' default account IP address is managed from this location including also what you just asked about.
