    Post Reset Password

I have CPanel installed on my website and when i go to www.mydomain.com:2082 I am asked for my username and password but I have lost my password as it was saved in a text file on my pc which has been formatted.

I have attempted to contact my webhost with no result so far and I contacted them a few days ago.

I have done the "keep hitting cancel" routine but no "reset password option" is there, please can someone give me a link to where the reset password is placed usually?

The reason I dont know my password is because it was generated originally by my host and its all letters and symbols

Only your host can help you there. Sorry. If they're not answering support requests it may be time for a new host.
