    Default Restore a full backup

I need to go restore an earlier backup of my website - In C Panel I can only see options for partial backups just wondering how do I restore a "full" backup"?

If you have an access to the server then you can restore the full backup of the cPanel account from the WHM.

You can restore the backup via SSH if you have root access to the server.

    1. Move the backup(tar.gz) to the /home directory on the server.
    2. Run /scripts/restorepkg username

Only root user can restore full backup. If you have shared/reseller package, you have to update your hosting provider to restore full backup. From cPanel, you can only restore homedirectory and mysql backup.
