You might try asking your host for assistance, or seek the support forums website for the guestbook you are using.

    Default Steps

    1- Login to your cpanel
2- Click CGI Center in the section of Software / Services
    3- Click Simple GuestBook
4- Click the link "Manage Guestbook"
5- Click the link "Delete This Entery", which located above of the test message

That is all, I wish you the best.

Sorry to drag up an old thread, but I have the same problem. I don't get any 'delete this entry' links when I try to manage my guestbook entries.

I suspect it's because the View Guestbook and Manage Guestbook links on the Simple Guestbook config page are the same. They both direct me to:

    http://[domain name]/cgi-sys/guestbook.cgi?action=listguests&user=[username]

I strongly suspect 'action=listguests' is the problem, but I don't know what to replace it with.

If anyone could help, I'd really appreciate it.

You could probably manually edit the guestbook entry file. It should be in /home/username/.guestbook if am not mistaken. (Change username with your actual username)

    Thanks lngtanseco.

I just checked and that will work for now. I've been trying to get support from my host but it seems they're pretty clueless about cPanel

    Thanks again mate!

Just a quick update for anyone else having the same problem: It turns out that the problem was the cPanel theme. After changing the theme, I was able to manage the guestbook.

    w00t!!!!
