Round Cube

I like round cube and it seems most of my clients want to use it.
The problem I am experiencing is that when you use round cube, you can only get the message headers but cannot access the contents.

It this an issue with configuration or am I not able to us round cube well?

Any help will be appreciated

You should be able to get the entire message. We've got it running on a lot of boxes with out. Please open a support request so we can take a look at why this is going on (see my signature for the link).
