RPM for zabbix

I'm going to install zabbix by myself, zabbix consists of zabbix server, zabbix proxy and zabbix agent.
but surprisingly I found that there are RPMs for zabbix available in cPanel!!
there are three RPMs: zabbix.x86_64, zabbix-agent.x86_64, zabbix-web.x86_64
So what are those PRMs standing for? How can I install them properly?

Those RPM's are not from cPanel, they are from your OS distributor and most likely will not work out of the box with cPanel.

I installed zabbix manually compiling and It works great!
