Scripts Library - No addon scripts installed

Hello, I was under the impression that the added scripts such as advanced guestbook were automatically installed, but do I have to manually install each one of these scripts myself? If so, how and where do I find the advanced guestbook to add? Thanks

Are you asking as an end-user or as a server administrator?

If the former, then you need to speak to your hosting provider and ask them to enable it.

If the latter, then did you uncheck the script in WHM under Packages > Feature Manager

I am the server admin and the feature is checked but not displayed on the user accounts who are using the feature in their package

Addon scripts such as AdvancedGuestBook should be present in /usr/local/cpanel/addons. The simplest fix is to resync your cPanel installation by running:

#/scripts/updatenow
#/scripts/upcp --force

Yeah I looked into /usr/local/cpanel/addons and the only thin in there is InvisionBoard.tar.gz. So running those commands would automatically place the other scripts in that directory?

Hello, I tried to submit a support ticket but it gave me a message that I am not licensed. I use Cpanel with managed.com, so is this my problem or theirs? BTW I ran those commands and it installed phpBB2 addon script but nothing else.
