Search engine site safety

Because i have norton when i go to google and type in something it tells me if the site is safe.... when i look up my website it says "security information unknown", how do i make my website safe through cpanel?

Where does it tell you if a site is safe? On Google's actual site?
If you could provide me with some additional information, I could probably help you identify where it gets this information but more than likely it's proprietary information from Norton itself.
