Why has the search engine submit option not available in cpanel now??
It was removed a long time ago from the cPanel distribution as it no longer worked and was next to impossible to maintain. There are other scripts out there if you want an alternative - try some of the php/cgi script archives.

I have it
I have WHM 10.6.0 cPanel 10.6.0-R55
And in cpanel using bluelagoon I have the search engine submit
Also I have it in features manager
and it works
The bad thing is that using bluelagoon deleted the icon fantastico from my cpanel
