sendmail attachment/file size maxiumum?- where to adjust?

Hi there all - im a newbie to cpanel ... used to be ensim
very happy with whm & cpanel gui
BUT - can anyone point out where global and or site sendmail/smtp file attachment limit is?

message_size_limit is the option you will need to add into your /etc/exim.conf file.

thanks - so gui adjustment possible via WHM? and is default therefore 'no max size' ?
