Sendmail (mbox) to cPanel

Hi,
I can't find any information about migration of sendmail account to cPanel so I ask : )

Our project: Switch around 300 sendmail accounts (and keep username and password) to cPanel and I really don't know where to begin.

What I know: ID and password ares stock in /home/DOMAINUSER/etc/DOMAIN/shadow (and passwd) (yay)

My guess: Create all DOMAIN manually, create a batch script to create account in each DOMAIN (with /script/addpop) then overwrite /home/DOMAINUSER/etc/DOMAIN/shadow with the ones on my sendmail's server. Then take my sendmail's mbox in my cPanel box in (insert the 'where' here (I don't know where yet)) and execute the Mail conversion in Mail Directory Conversion System ... ? ?

If a How To exist somewhere can you please tell me where ?
