server tech for cpanel needed

I have a new server and was assured everything was set up ready to go and this is happening and now its going on 4 days later and server tech has not fixed anything,, so i am looking for a experience server tech with cpanel/whm

probs= creating master account /upgrade to master is giving -999 for disc and bandwidht
probs= when account is created as a master the master then creates a reseller in the reseller cpanel they can see all of MY acounts off server in manage accounts ..

I have 32+ years as a unix systems administrator and programmer and am
also very well versed with every aspect of Cpanel and WHM.

PS: Just a side FYI -- most server providers don't do any kind of setup
whatsoever other than just a basic install of the OS and Cpanel leaving
your server in an extremely insecure default state with not configurations
or security setup on the server.

What you think of as "ready to go" and what your server provider thinks
of as "ready to go" may not be the same thing at all!
