Setting Up Auto-Responders

Hey everyone! I am using Cpanel 11 and i would like to send a automated message letting my customers know i appreciate their email and will get back to them shortly.

Now if i set auto responder in cpanel 11 will it send a automated email once i get back to them and they send me a reply or just the one time?

Whenever you receive a mail from your customers, they will receive automated mail from your system.
