Help, it has been years since I have worked on transfering files via FTP, but now I am working as a typist for a court reporter and need a easy quick way to let her send me audio tapes. This take a lot of space so to make it quick the FTP would be the best way to handle them, but I can't remember how to connect to the FTP files on my website through Aspiredhost.com. I'm using WS-FTP pro. I need specific instructions to make it connect with my brain. Thank you .
