Setting up Host to sell reseller accounts

Hello,
would it be possible to set up cPanel/whm and (WHMCS) to be able to sell reseller acounts? I would like to be able to sell spots for just hosting and spots for resellers also.

Please let me know if this is possible or if you have done it.
And possible how long it would take if everything else was already set up.

cPanel/WHM has built-in reseller capabilities. Additionally, this functionality is available via our APIs so third party applications such as WHMCS may be able to handle this automatically for you.
