Shared hosting and resseler

Hello

If i want to use a server for shared hosting (create some accounts) when i create a new account in whm (for first time) i must do it a resseler or i must add from whm everytime a new account when someone ask for it?

There is no need to create the reseller on server. Before create the first account on server make sure you will create the Package for shared hosting.

Can i create my 4 packages before i create any account and then select any package at the time that i create the account?

Yes you can create as many packages as you want. Then select the one you want when adding the domain
