Simplified Chinese is bundled with cPanel as is Japanese, Russian and Hindi.

I used cpanel on my servers 2 years ago, and there was no chinese unless i install rvskin.

If you confirm now it comes by default, i am interested to purchase a couple of licenses.

We started including language files around the time that cPanel 11 went to CURRENT. In version 10 and earlier, cPanel was only bundled with English and other language files had to be downloaded and installed.
