site not showing

hello all,

i've tackled most of my other issues except for 2,
but need help now for just one at the moment.

i've checked my httpd.conf file and everything is the
way it should be in there as far as I can tell. problem
is, I cannot get any sites to pull up online. i've checked
the nslookup and they are going to the right shared IP
and they are resolving correctly. when I put in the domain
name a blank page comes up. I've checked the public_html
dir and there is a index.php file in there.

i'm at a loss. can someone suggest what I should be looking
for or at.. to see what might be the issue?

the domain in question is http://www.dogznation.com

I also cannot get cpanel to come up either. nor does it show
with the IP. (which I'd prefer not to put here because of past
DDOS attacks after I've put IPs out)

Hello,

I got your domain http://www.dogznation.com/ as a whitepage with the contents "Object moved to here.". You need to check your index page. If you are not able to load this page you need to check your error logs also chek whether your isp ip is blocked. Clearing browser cache is an advantage. Also ask your friends to check your domain in diffrent machines or in diffrent isps.

You will have to check the apache configuration as well as the dns records on the server, contact your webhost.

Yep, it is now showing your forum instead of the cpanel page, unlike earler.
