SOA Record in DNS zone file....

Hi,

If someone is using private nameservers is it necessary to change the soa record in dns zone to something like that root.mydomain.com

Simply,
Domain.com is a domain he is using ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com as nameservers is it necessary to change soa record to root.domain.com or it will same as root.nameserver.com
ns1.nameserver.com and ns2.nameserver.com are the default name servers.

Please help its little bit confusion.
