I have a email service. I am looking for a PHP script that allows users to go to a url, such as mywebsite.com/order/ and complete a order form to order a email plan, then provide a shipping address, ect. and then goto a payment form (such as Paypal). So essentially this is a shipping cart for services, but I would like it to bill the user each year. Also, I would like to be able to allow several users to login and manage the customers. Thirdly, I would like to have a ticket system with it...but its not a requirement.

However, it must be a free script. Any ideas? Thanks!

You could use any free shopping cart that supports "virtual" products... might be overkill, but creloaded and a number of the other oscommerce spin-offs support it.
