some noob questions

Hi to you all im new to all of this and i been on the hostgator forum doing alot of reading and then some on here also.My 1st question is that i made a simple website for my daughter useing site builder.Now my questions are it says you can access site builder through the cpanel.1st question is how do you do that and the 2nd question is theres suppose to be a web tool in the left column to help you like with differant templates.If you can help me with this will be greatly apreciated,Thanks Val...

If HostGator is your host, you should have asked your question on those forums. cPanel doesn't make Site Builder, it's 3rd party software. I guess provided by HostGator. So, you'll need to ask them for support.
