Someone Elses Name Servers On New Install

I recently started a new server. when I logged in, under netwroking setup, I selected nameservers ip and someone elses name servers are there.

Some hosting company configure default name servers while setting up a server. If the domain isn't related to your hosting company, then you haven't got a fresh installed server. They seem to have just wiped out the old data and given you the access. See different logs on your server and if you old logs then this isn't the fresh server.
