Spam Assassin - automated clearing of spam box

Has anyone had the need to be able to clear spam boxes globally at one time, as opposed to having to manually login to each sites cpanel (provided you are running a server with whm) to clear them?

I'm going to be looking into a solution for this and if a solution doesn't already exist I will post.
I'm looking to be able to maybe set a cron to do this once a week or sooner or later depending on how large the spam boxes get.

anyone have a pre-made solution?
