squirrel mail issues

Hello,


whenever any user send the mail to me with To,cc,bcc from many mail id's.when i receive it then a link appeared which name is (More).when i click in this link then error is coming like this

ERROR : Could not complete request.
Query: SELECT ""
Reason Given: SELECT failed: Can't open mailbox : no such mailbox

Please give the solution.
