SSL Certificate mismatch

Hi All

Initially I installed a certificate for my domain xyz.com. Then I realised this was wrong. So I reissued the certificate for www.xyz.com. Then I installed the new certificate but everytime I go to the site now for secure transaction it still references the old xyz.com certificate.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of the old certificate altogether?

Try to install the new SSL (with www) again.

First generate a CSR key using the domain name with www and then purchase and install new SSL certificate based on the new CSR key.

We have run into this before, even installing the cert with the WWW still reverted to the old cert without the WWW, we had to go to SSL/TLS ->> Manage SSL Hosts and delete the certificate first, might want to be sure you save the private key, CSR and new cert to a file on another computer before deleting it.
