HELLO , MY NAME IS TOOMAS , I HAVE HOSTING24.COM ACCOUNT. IN CPANEL I SET SSL(KEY , CERT AND CSR) , BUT I CANT SEE IN https://timkuson.com nothing , my website,- ssl folders in /public_home , i dont whats wrong ? WEBSITE Index of /

The signing request form is required for obtaining a certificate from an SSL provider. The SSL provider may require information in a specific way. Please ask for help at your provider - hosting24.com

It seems that the SSL has been installed correctly and working fine as well.
The directories are being listed because you probably do not have an index page in the root directory(public_html)
As Chris and ServerSignature said, your hosts would be in a better position to help you with this.
