Default Strange Email Piping Bounce Back

    Hi all,

I know this isnt the place for official support, but i am having a real hadache with this, (so i hope its not a trivial fix )

I am using the Kayako Support Suite system and emails such as support@domain.com are piped into it. Suddenly i am getting this bounce back:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    pipe to |/home/xxxxx/public_html/support/cli/index.php
    generated by hosting@xxxxx.com

The following text was generated during the delivery attempt:

    ------ pipe to |/home/xxxxx/public_html/support/cli/index.php
    generated by hosting@xxxxx.com ------

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/ffmpeg.so' - libavcodec.so.51: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

------ This is a copy of the message, including all the headers. ------
Any help/tips would REALLY be appreciated.

    Im runing a dedicated Box on CENTOS 5.5 i686 standard, cPanel/WHM 11

Try specifying the path to your php binary and make sure that the php binary in question runs fine.

You are running it from a php which is broken

I think libavcodec.so.51 is part of ffmpeg-libs. It looks like your ffmpeg install/dependencies were damaged. You can disable ffmpeg by commenting out the module in php.ini, or (more ideally) reinstall it. ffmpeg is not bundled with or distributed by cPanel, of course.
