Strange problem

I'm facing a strange problem on my CPANEL Box. When i try to access any website on the server with the url as http://domain.com/folder_name/ the website loads fine. When I try to do it http://domain.com/folder_name the website doesn't loads and I get a page not found error.

As evident I can't view my site without adding a "/" in the subfolders.

Can some one give a fix to this problem.
