Sub Domains problem

1. in this moment my web are having problems with the subdomains, my host have cpanel, when i try to register a new subdomain, it say that cpanel is in maintenance, it is true? . i´m tryng to register at the 13:00 (GMT-5), and i cant register anything.

2.yesterday, i can register sub domains, but in a new account i cant register the .co.cc domain, the list dont show this option, is an problem whit the host or whit the cpanel,

i try do it with 2 diferrent host, and present the 2 problems

cPanel does not itself handle domain registration nor does it display "maintenance" messages. These appear to be customizations that have been performed to our software. I recommend contacting your hosting provider (the people you pay for hosting your website) for more information as they would know more about this than we would without root (administrator) access to the server.
