Subdomain doesnt work

When I create subdomain on one of my accounts and trying to get there - the main page is loading - I am not redirected.

I have a problem only with this one account. The rest of accounts are working correctly. But when I put domain or subdomain with directory - I am getting correct page.

My problem:

http://sub.domain.com/ - main page from www.domain.com is loaded
http://sub.domain.com/sub/ or www.domain.com/sub/ - correct site is loaded.

Can anyone help me ?

BTW: I have studied httpd.conf (so my friends too) and everything is correct.

I was having the exact same problem, I resolved it through reviewing httpd.conf.In my case the IP in the httpd.conf for subdomain and the main domain was different.Seems that main domain was moved to the unique IP but somehow the subdomains IP remained unchanged.
